Comodo's certficate knowledge base contains answers to most SSL support questions and can be found at support.comodo.com > knowledgebase > certificates

SSL customers also receive priority web-based support through our online ticketing system. To enrol:

  • Register an account at support.comodo.com
  • Select 'Submit a ticket' then choose 'Certificates' as the department
  • Most tickets are answered within one hour

Support for Free Products

Most support questions for free Comodo products are resolved by browsing the knowledgebase and registering at the Comodo Forums. Chat and ticketing systems are also in place to help you.
